I believe that life’s challenges often raise important questions about identity, values, and direction. I see these questions as a starting point for deeper insight. When we engage with them, we begin to understand our experiences in a more meaningful way. These moments of reflection can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and the lives we want to create.
Counseling offers a non-judgmental space to explore these questions with empathy, collaboration, and care. It’s a chance to reflect on the experiences that have shaped you and consider which beliefs and patterns still serve you – and which ones no longer do. Rather than trying to fix or erase the past, we look at how it informs the choices you want to make now.
I am passionate about working with individual adults and adolescents. In our work together, I will provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space. I will meet you where you are as we explore the challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or seeking a deeper sense of meaning and connection, I’m here to support you in a way that feels thoughtful and collaborative. My goal is that you’ll feel more empowered to move forward with clarity, purpose, and self-trust.
