Healing begins here.

Are you struggling to feel like yourself?

  • Do you experience symptoms of anxiety or depression?

  • Do you notice an impact on your relationships, work, school, family, or daily life and basic functioning?

  • Perhaps you struggle with food, eating, or body image?

  • Do you lack motivation or interest in life or hobbies?

Or, maybe you’re going through a hard time and it feels like your life + identity has changed.

You want to understand why you're feeling this way, and how you can create a deeper understanding of yourself and what makes you who you are. Maybe you've experienced a significant life event, or maybe you haven't. Either way, you're struggling to make sense of where you're at in life

Areas of Expertise

General Mental Health Therapy

Young adults and adults, ages 18 and up. A time to be honest with yourself. No subject is off the table and all emotions are encouraged to be felt and processed using mindfulness based, body-centered explorations.

Perinatal Mental Health Therapy

Fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, birth trauma, pregnancy & infant loss. For moms and dads, the perinatal time frame is sacred, unique, and sometimes traumatic. Adjustments to sleep, hormones, body image, relationships, family life, routine, identity, self-esteem (to name a few) are taking place which can cause us to feel unlike ourselves. Weekly therapy can support you, mom or dad, during this transition.

Therapy for Adolescents

Ages 11 to 17. Learning about thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and everything else, from a developmentally appropriate treatment perspective and approach.

We have an inherent capacity to heal,

and when we're struggling, it's easy to isolate and avoid help. What you're feeling is okay, however you don't have to go at it alone. Through weekly sessions at your pace, we will collaborate to help you feel better.
