Kimberly Ball

MS, PCLC

I earned a Masters in School and Career Counseling in 2002 and have over 20 years of experience in Community colleges specializing in people with disabilities. Professionally, I have an integrated approach utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Nature Informed Therapy. An office space is certainly safe and comforting, but as an alternative, I also offer Nature Informed Therapy. NIT has scientifically shown benefits in reducing stress, depression, and anxiety, improving focus, improving cognitive ability, improving sleep, increasing creativity, reducing rumination, and supporting a positive mood while enhancing your well-being. It aids in processing and healing emotional wounds and positively impacts your mind, body, and spirit.

As a cancer survivor, I want to support those going through medical crises which impact all facets of life. I have personal experience in the areas of learning disabilities, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain management, and narcissistic relationships. Personally, I have experienced divorce, chronic pain, narcissistic abuse, breast cancer, caregiver burnout, and autoimmune illnesses. Professionally, I have helped individuals navigate career changes, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, parenting skills, and trauma.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what is weighing on you and start moving toward healing and growth. I understand that reaching out is a risk and takes courage. Life can be challenging and sometimes we all need a little support to find clarity and peace. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will identify patterns, build on your strengths, and develop tools that empower you in everyday life. I’m honored to support you in your therapy journey.
