Do you feel insecure, depressed, a bit anxious? Maybe you think that that everyone around you has their life together and you're falling behind. Or maybe you're the person that everyone looks to for guidance— "the glue," or "the rock,"—you're the person that “has it all,” and you find yourself feeling pressure to perform, becoming exhausted and overwhelmed. Your emotional bandwidth is running on empty. I am here to support you. I am here to understand who you are, who you have been, and who you aspire to be. It's your time now and you don't have to go through it alone.

I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and adults. I have experience with depression, anxiety, ADHD/ASD, mood disorders, PTSD, substance use disorders, trauma, addictions, personality disorders, phase of life issues, and grief. I am member of the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE), a branch of the America Counseling Association. I have additional training with sex positivity/kinks, alternative lifestyles, couples, marriages, families, military families, and Veterans.
